The Raw following WrestleMania had become synonymous with major surprises and big debuts in recent years, however this year many fans were left disappointed with the show featuring none of the usual surprises the show had become known for. It now seems there was a reason for the lack of these surprises, a recent report from Bryan Alvarez has revealed.
Speaking about the upcoming draft, Alvarez said that many of the talent that were set to debut after WrestleMania have been saved to appear as part of the draft instead.
The WWE Draft is set to take place beginning May 28, with a recent announcement from WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H stating that the event would ‘change the game and all superstars would be eligible.
