New Japan Pro Wrestling held their Capital Collision event at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington D.C. on Saturday. The card featured plenty of matches, including one for the NJPW World Television Championship between defending champion Zack Sabre Jr. and challenger “Filthy” Tom Lawler.
Zack defeated Lawler after 15 minutes of solid action. For those wondering, all NJPW television title matches have a 15-minute cap.
Lawler took to Twitter to reveal that he suffered a nasty wound during his clash with the technical wizard. The former NJPW Strong Openweight Champion said his tooth went pierced through his own face during the extremely physical match-up.

Also at the event, Juice Robinson attacked Fred Rosser before their grudge match forcing NJPW to suspend the Bullet Club star for his controversial actions.
